Thanks for getting dorsum to me.
Not sure if I am supposed to give out my e-mail on a "public" forum, and then am reluctant to do so.
Tried option 3 - uninstalled and re-installed with no change - I could run across some text come up but then the screen was replaced past the "Getting Started" one and the "An fault occurred" message. Just wish I would take been able to read was on the screen that appeared just earlier it to mayhap shed some low-cal on the matter. Tried to setup my Virgin Media business relationship (blueyonder) and this worked fine, so have the feeling its my piece of work email address that is the trouble and even so OWA for Android had no issues. I'm going to speak to someone at work to run into if they can attempt the same steps equally I have in order to rule out a one-off before proceeding further.

Had the same outcome - In the end managed to fix it by going into Settings > Accounts & Sync
I then added a new Account selecting Outlook, then Exchange. This so gave me a more than advanced setup options than the default one (such as being able to manually enter the server address and Domain etc.)
I likewise had to deactivate AutoSync at first to become it to appear but that might be a different issue on my part...
Anyhow promise this helps!

Lamentable for non responding sooner.
My version of Outlook is 2.1.32
At present for an update. I just got the LG G5 telephone and installed both Outlook and OWA.
OWA worked on my S5 a week agone, but will not sign in on my LG telephone.
I am at present of the opinion that it may be our postal service system equally it was recently inverse so will brand enquiries on our end.

I am facing the aforementioned problem in using my O365 account on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8010. When I effort to login in outlook app offset time it ask for the e-mail and password after few seconds it bring me to beneath screen "Go Started" without whatsoever mistake message.
2nd time when i start outlook awarding and endeavour to login it starts showing below error message. "An error Occurred"
When i setup my O365 account using samsung default Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync I am able to gear up my account and check email using samsung default electronic mail application.
When I try to setup Role account from 'setting>add a account' I get msg "Oped Give-and-take, excel..." as shown in screenshot. And when i open up the OneNote to login it ask for the electronic mail id and and then its a personal or work business relationship. In selecting piece of work account I get the Message "Deceit Sign in" as shown in the screenshot.
Many people have this consequence since long time simply till at present Microsoft it not even able to find what is the problem.
Android Version 4.one.2
Outlook version 2.1.65
We have our ADFS setup.

This is non helpful. I'k having the same event, which is I cannot get past the go started screen. If I can't become past that then I can't go to settings to get help.

If you take a Moto X 2d gen, the steps higher up won't work considering the screen setup is different. I was trying to ready up my school account and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get my email account going.
Go to phone settings > Personal options surface area > Accounts > down to Add Account > Outlook.
I tried the exchange option first and nothing happened, so I switched to 365 and was able to log in that mode.
